It may be that Intel mislabeled a dialog box as parity when it may of been a write error etc.   Possible, but if it was RAID 10 it should have Are you SURE this is RAID 10?  RAID 10 has no parity.  That's the whole point of RAID 10.  Sounds like maybe this was RAID 5 OR it set itself to Thanks. Running two Samsung 1TB Evo's in RAID 0 on my Intel SCU controller with the driver - no issues at all and TRIM seems to be working just fine.
