This is a bug in the Intel RST driver v11.5 and Intel fixed this problem in version 220.127.116.113 of the RST driver and Enterprise RST driver v3.2. Then it takes two reboots for Windows to fully install the generic drivers for the storage devices. If you do not have the correct drivers, you could cause your system not to boot, so be sure.
