I followed it's recommendation to remove the folder "Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\Runtime\09" (actually I renamed it, just in case...). This error will appear as you launch the software installer. I really hope someone can help me with this. Thanks.
Ran the install again the 10 folder was recreated and program installed ok. I hope this helps someone! It would not install on one machine on the network but went on the other (all running XP SP2) . Please do the following: - Close any running programs - Empty your temporary folder - Check your internet connection Then try to run setup again.
